||
A man has been jailed after he stole nearly £50-worth of goods from a store he was banned from entering in Stoke-on-Trent. Simon Tolley, 41, of no fixed address, was sentenced to four weeks behind bars at the North Staffordshire Justice Centre on Saturday (30 August) after he pleaded guilty to two counts of theft from a shop and three counts of breaching a criminal behaviour order (CBO). On Wednesday (27 August), Tolley stole £46-worth of goods from One Stop, Sandon Road, Meir, a shop which a CBO banned him from entering. Following the theft, Tolley was quickly identified and arrested by officers conducting #problemsolvingpolicing patrols in Meir. | ||
